We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges

• Your product key must be unused.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Changes (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@valenystore.com.mx

Non-refund cases

Digital products will not be refunded if they have already been used. Please ensure you purchase the correct item.

Shipment

• All purchased products will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

• Physical products are not shipped to the customer's billing address.
